Where does your short course take place?
We are proud to be one of the few training companies to share our knowledge in-person across regional and remote Northern Australia. To do this, we lease appropriate training venues in Cairns, Townsville, Atherton, Innisfail, Cooktown and Weipa through to Gove in the NT.
This allows us to achieve our mission to share our knowledge, expert tips and efficiencies of these powerful programs with individuals and entrepreneurs throughout regional and remote Australia.
Full course details including location will be emailed to participants within one week of course date.
What is the cost of the course and what does it include?

What time does the course start and finish?
Please arrive 15 minutes early to say hello and set up your laptop.
Standard Course times
9:00am – 5:00pm
Cairns course times
9.30am – 5:00pm
What do I need to bring?
You’ll need to bring a notebook, pen and laptop computer*.
But don’t worry if you don’t have a laptop. Just let us know in advance via email and we’ll bring one for you on the day.
A scrumptious morning tea and lunch is provided, but please advise of any special dietary requirements.
*Please be aware that Smart Training Australia will be indemnified against all liability for damage or loss of personal devices used during the course. In other words, you need to take full responsibility for your own belongings.
What is your cancellation and refund policy?
Minimum participant numbers are required for each course, which means we may need to reschedule the date. If this happens, we’ll let you know as soon as possible, and if you are unable to attend on the new date, we will provide you with a credit for the next course you are are able to attend.
In the unlikely event that a course is cancelled, a full refund will be provided.
If there are genuine circumstances that prohibit you from attending and you can provide evidence of those circumstances by email within a minimum of 7 days prior to the course, your course fees will be refunded less a 20% administration fee.
No refund of tuition fees will be made to any student who withdraws from the course within 7 days of course date.
All refunds are processed within 7 days of notification of cancellation.
